We ship our products from the US and China based on stock availability.

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Mexico and Latin America: 10-20 business days

Your order will be shipped on average within 3 days of placing the order.

The order never arrived:
If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know.

First check your shipping confirmation and verify that you have entered the correct address. If the address is incorrect, although we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your expense.

International delivery:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the tariff is generally based on a variety of factors such as weight, value, and size.
